At WildSol, every service and product is created with intention and care. To protect both our clients and our business, we’ve outlined clear refund and return policies depending on the type of purchase. Please read carefully before placing an order or booking a session.
Alchemystic Astrology Readings & Sound Bath Sessions
- All services are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule through the confirmation email link or by contacting us directly.
- If you miss your session without prior communication, your payment will be forfeited.
- Follow-up Window: You may reach out within 24 hours after your session for clarification questions related to your consultation. New topics require booking an additional session.
Digital & Downloadable Products
All digital items (such as eBooks, guides, or downloadable materials) are final sale and non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Apparel & Accessories (Printful Fulfillment)
- Apparel and accessory orders are produced on-demand through Printful.
- Refunds and replacements are only available if the product is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly.
- Exchanges for size or preference are not available. Please use the sizing charts provided in each product description before placing your order.
- If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will coordinate a replacement or refund through Printful.
Holistic Products (Non-Apparel Physical Items)
- For physical items shipped directly from WildSol (not Printful), returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 5 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Courses & One-Time Programs
- Courses purchased through WildSol are offered at a one-time fee.
- Because they contain immediate access to digital content, all course sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via contact page so we can resolve the issue.

At WildSol, we are committed to creating a professional and welcoming space. We ask that clients extend the same courtesy by arriving on time, respecting session boundaries, and communicating changes promptly. Failure to do so may impact our ability to rebook future services.
