When I started When I started WildSol Space, I wasn’t thinking about creating a brand. I was just trying to make sense of my own life. The WildSol Space Blog is a needed a space to slow down, to get clear, and to figure out how to work with my energy instead of fighting against it.
Astrology gave me language for my patterns. It showed me where I kept getting stuck and why. Sound baths helped me release what I couldn’t explain with words. Time outside, especially on the trails, reminded me that cycles are natural, that growth and rest both matter, and that alignment feels different when you let yourself be part of the bigger rhythm.
This blog is an extension of that journey. It’s a space for me to share what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and the practices that help me stay grounded. My hope is that it gives you something real you can carry into your own life.
Why I’m Writing Here
WildSol Space is about connection. Not the surface kind, but the kind where you pause and feel like you can finally breathe again. That’s what I want this blog to be, a pause. A reminder that you’re not alone and that your path, no matter how messy it feels, has meaning.
I’ll be using this space to share stories, reflections, and tools that have actually helped me. Some of it will be astrology insights, some of it will be about sound and frequency, and some of it will be about the ways I stay connected through holistic care. And because being outside is such a big part of who I am, there’s also going to be a whole category just for outdoor adventures, hikes, moments in nature, and how those experiences tie back to everything else I do here.
What You’ll Find on the Blog
Here’s what I plan to share:
- Astrology in real life
I’ll talk about cycles, energy shifts, and how they show up day to day. Astrology doesn’t just live in charts, it plays out in the choices we make, the relationships we hold, and the patterns we repeat. - Sound baths and healing practices
I’ll explain how sound and vibration can calm the nervous system, shift stuck energy, and create space for new clarity. Sometimes it’s about a big session, and other times it’s about small ways to bring sound into your routine. - Holistic self-care
The herbs, rituals, and grounding practices I use to bring balance into my daily life. Healing isn’t only about the big breakthroughs, it’s the small choices we stick with that make the difference. - Adventures outside
This is where I’ll get personal. I’ll share hikes, time in the woods, and the lessons nature gives me when I actually slow down and pay attention. These posts might not look like “teaching” at all, they’ll just be me sharing how being outdoors connects back to WildSol Space and to the work I do.
WildSol Space Blog: Why It Matters
There’s no shortage of information out there. You could scroll all day and never run out of content. What I want this blog to be is different. I don’t want to overwhelm you with theories or quick fixes. I want each post to feel like a moment to stop, reflect, and maybe take one step that feels right for you.
For me, this isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers. It’s about being real. Sharing what has helped me, what still challenges me, and what I see in the energy around us.
Looking Ahead
Over time, this blog will grow into a mix of practical insights and personal reflections. Some posts will help you understand astrology cycles. Some will walk you through sound healing practices. Others will just be me talking about a hike, a sunrise, or a moment that reminded me why I keep doing this work.
It’s a living space, not a polished magazine, not a “how-to” list. Just a place where you and I can meet, learn, and grow alongside each other.
An Invitation
If you’ve made it this far, thank you. I’m glad you’re here. This space is for you as much as it is for me.
You can subscribe to the newsletter if you want updates when new posts go live. You can explore the different categories as they grow. Or you can just stop by when you feel like you need a reminder to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
WildSol Space is about aligning with the sky but staying rooted on the earth. My hope is that this blog feels like both, expansive and grounding at the same time.
